Hello Friends, Civil Aviation has issued a advisory note to all the Airlines companies that all Airlines companies should stop the Flight Booking, but the Spice Jet and GoAir are two Airlines companies those are taking booking from 16th May 2020.
On the other hand Indigo Airlines & AirAsia are two Airlines companies those are also taking booking not from 16th May 2020 but they are taking booking from 1st Jun 2020.
Government owned Airlines companies Air India are the only airlines companies who are not taking any future date booking and following the government order.
Few Point you have to note down.
- Some of the Airlines companies are not giving full refund customer to their account and they are offering the only the credit where customer can use the amount in future booking
- These credit option will not be useful for one time traveler.
- As DGCA has notified that booking done after the 25 Mar 2020 and if the travel period is falling between the lockdown (25th Mar 2020 to 3rd May 2020) then Airlines in that case Airlines companies should provide the full refund to customer
we want to tell you that before going to take any booking please remember that government has still not takes any decision to operate the flight, if you booked the ticket now then there may be chances that your money will get block in to Airlines companies.
we recommend you to wait till 3rd May 2020, hopefully some good news will come to restart the flight operation, then only you can proceed for your booking.
